STRATEGIC ILLUSTRATION.

What is Strategic Illustration?

Well, up until a few weeks ago I hadn't heard of the name myself until I was lucky enough to be commissioned by Laga, an American design and innovation company who create brands, products and packaging solutions for financial results. They were running a conference for one of their clients here in the UK.

This particular kind of work can also be known as Graphic Recording.

My job was to capture the event on flipcharts with words and pictures,and pre-prepare excercise flipcharts required for the following day, also digitally photographing the delegates at work and the images that were produced during the 4 day sessions.
Our American friends use Strategic Illustrators all the time. Very hectic, fast, spontaneous and energetic. The feedback was very positive.
